# COMMON LOADER FIXES

### Is the loader closing before you get to put in your key?

If the loader closes on the black CMD window and does not open, please:

* Close literally ALL background and open apps (i.e. stuff in your hidden arrow menu in your taskbar, any open apps such as Spotify or Chrome, etc, and use task manager to close stuff you don't need). One of your running processes is conflicting with the loader.
* As well, sync your time within Windows date and time settings (SUPER IMPORTANT), and use a VPN to a US location. If these didn't work, try setting your timezone to a US one, then retry.

* Easy fix! In your spoofer folder, go into the "Requirements" folder, and run the "install vcruntimes.bat" file. Make sure you DO NOT RUN it as admin, simply just double click it and run it normally. Once it finishes up, retry the loader and the error should not occur.

### Can't download the file because your browser is flagging it as a virus?

Go to the Downloads section of your browser, click the three dots, and click "Download dangerous file anyways". If this doesn't work, try using a different browser.

If Windows Defender or any other antivirus is deleting your file when you download the .7z, or deleting the exe file when you extract the .7z, please temporarily disable the "Real Time Protection" setting within your antivirus settings, then redownload/reextract the file.
